Pets must be 35lbs or under, require a $200 non refundable deposit, and an increase in rent of $25.

$1000 down and payments as low as $600 a month with lot rent included in that amount .  A “handy” person these gems can be renovated in the style of the buyer. Buyer skills save thousands of dollars. Several to choose from.

  • O G & E is the electric service
  • ONG is the water service
  • Midwest City is water, trash and sewage (although some of the homes pay the bill directly to the office instead of to the city of Midwest City.)

As long as the home is in good enough condition to be moved, we will help you get it here. We will pay moving and set up fees.

Lot rent is currently $325. No utilities are included.

Proof of employment, proof of income, rental history, criminal history.

Down payment of 10%. Payments of minimum of $700 per month. $325 lot rent is included in this amount. All utilities must be on and in buyers name before move in.

     Within a relatively short amount of time, the home has been paid off and only lot rent is required at that time.

We are in the process of finding just the right homes to add to our park, we have 6 homes in now with plans to expand by at least 44 more.
